A Couple of Notes

The word "Client"

Note that “client” is used as a general term for any individual receiving support. It is not restricted to official therapist/client relationships. 

For You - The Provider

It is encouraged that you also complete the worksheet for yourself. This way, you can serve as a model by sharing your own responses and have more dialogue around these topics.
